TOEFL free study

Dear mmxbarre,
It is hard to get a free study for TOEFL. Well, there are a lot of resources and if you did a research I am sure you will find a plenty. There are several problems however with the free TOEFL study resources:

1. They are not structured in a way that will help you gradually improve your TOEFL skills. You will find many separate small tasks in different websites but where to start, what to take next, how to combine them so that you have a sound study plan is the problem you will face and most likely it will hinder your preparation.

2. The authenticity of such materials and the English level required for TOEFL is suspicious. You never know how those materials refer to the actual TOEFL test. They may be very very old versions, honestly they even offer materials that are not used anymore such as tasks for the computer based TOEFL while now you need to get ready for iBT.

3. With free resources you are never given a feedback from a teacher. So you will never know what is your current situation and how do you do with the preparation.

There are of course other problems but I believe the three I mentioned are more than enough. So, at the end, you need to be extra careful when you decided to make a free TOEFL preparation. Otherwise I would suggest to find a teacher to guide you with the prep or get one of our TOEFL courses.
