I didn't receive my Speaking results with feedback within 24 hours

Hello,

On April 10 I purchased Speaking Full test, so I would able to get the results on the next day - April 11.
But unfortunately I have not receive it and I'm very dissatisfied with it because, Im taking a TOEFL exam on April 12.

And its hard to be prepared well without receiving comments.

Please clarify to me: what is the problem with receiving my score ?

Speaking results

Dear ConstantineZ,
Indeed, your TOEFL speaking section was scored a couple of hours later. We are sorry for this delay. Sometimes, there is a huge volume of tests and our raters cannot manage to keep the 24 hour scoring period. However, it was only 2 hours later and considering that our raters are real people and not robots this delay is acceptable. I believe that you would appreciate that your tests are scored by real people and not robots. So, therefore, where real people are involved some delays may be expected and accepted.

We wish you all the best at the exam.
I believe that you are satisfied of the quality of our tests and the quality of the feedback you are receiving and that you will also excuse us for this small delay.

Unfortunately , I'm not satisfied with these kinds of delays. Even if its 2 hours or 1 hour, no matter.

If you say on your website that it will be received within 24 hours, so I insist to follow this policy, or point somewhere that there it can take more time.

Please understand my situation: I took your test prior taking the real exam, to be aware of my problems and work on them in advance. But as a result: I received my score after I took the real exam and its your fault, not mine. Now, I can do nothing with your delayed score.

I understand very well that Writing and Speaking sections are being checked by real people. Checking it by robots its not possible at all, so there is nothing I can appreciate with this fact .

Moreover, answering to my request took 2 days of time from your side.
You guys, really should consider your customers to be appreciate with the service, you are providing.

I'm really very dissatisfied with that. Please take it as a note.

Indeed you are right. However we can't bring the time back and there is nothing we can do right now. It is generally understandable that when humans are involved there may be a delay, no matter if we wrote it or not (our fault we didn't but that happens the first time). I am sorry that that happened to you. In total you have taken 1 full test and 16 separate components which comes to say that you are satisfied with our services. We will be very disappointing if 2 hours of delay change your overall satisfaction.
