The courses are active for 3 months. You have purcahsed your course on 17/09/2012 so it was active till 17/12/12 meaning that it has already expired.

Online TOEFL course access period
You have purchased your TOEFL course on September 17, 2012. Your course should have been active until December 17,2012. We have set some 10 days more just in case some student hasn't completed the course. Just as a backup. However, your course should have expired 10 days earlier. So, you don't pay for the time between 17th and 27th.
Well, what concerns the writing result, we deliver TOEFL speaking and writing results within 24 hours after test completion. You cannot expect that essays are automatically scored and results are received immediately. TOEFL practice writings are scored by real raters and there is some time needed to deliver the results.

Hello, yes, I know I had until December 17th to finish my course, but as us can see in a previous message, it was a confusion with the system and my course was closed in November and as a compensation you gave me 10 more days, that mean until December 27th, but I didn't have access this day. It was already closed.
And thank you I already received my writing result, I'm sorry I got a confusion. All your feedback were very important for me, it really helps me to improve.
It is not possible that our system end your TOEFL course before the time period we had set is over. There is no confusion within the system. It just counts 100 days from the day the course is purchased and no other way to end the course. The 10 days you mention is not compensation because there is nothing to compensate for. It is just 100 days. Your course was run until 26th of December. If you count 100 days from the day you purchased the course, you will see that 26th of December is the last day. That is the day the system has ended your course.
To prove my point we have records of your activity in the course where your last activity is 20.12.2012. It is not possible that your course has been ended earlier but you still have activity on 20.12.2012. We can also deliver by e-mail full log record where you will see day by day activity. You lost almost a month in October without activity. Just let me know if you want to send you the logs.

We constantly improve our platform and at one of the settings update (on Tuesday) TOEFL course access period was changed mistakenly to 60 days and therefore it turn that you don't have access to your course. To compensate for that misunderstanding, we have lengthened your TOEFL course access period to 100 days.

I lost the clue. Is there any problem with your course? It seems we both agree that it had to end 27th of december and it actually ended that day. Nomater how you count it it had to end 27th of december and it did. You had activity on 20th of december at latest. Is there still anything else we can do?
